Beginner's Yoga

The Class

A one hour Hatha Yoga class with the aim of releasing tension, stretching the body and calming the mind. Please bring a mat, water bottle and a blanket (optional but recommended!) Prices: £10 standard, £8 concession - you choose which bracket you fit into. By paying a standard price it allows me to offer low cost spaces to those who may need them. If cost is an issue, please get in touch and we can work somethign out. This class can be adapted to seated - please get in touch if you have any questions about access requirements. Venue : Watchfield Village Hall, SN6 8TA. Small carpark available.
